Each ink colour needs screen preparation, so the setup is a one-time part of the quote. As that setup is shared across more pieces, the per-piece cost can improve. We will show the quantities and assumptions in your quote so you can choose a run your business can actually sell.

What goes into a useful screen-print quote

A quote depends on the garment, fabric, print size, number of colours, print positions, total quantity, and any labels or finishing. Share a reference image or artwork file if you have one. If the artwork is unfinished, tell us what you have so we can confirm whether design help is needed.

For a new design, we recommend approving a mockup and discussing a paid sample before committing to a larger run. A DTF sample can help check placement and artwork, but it will not reproduce the exact feel of a later screen-printed run. Ask us which sample route makes sense for your job.

Plan production around your launch date

Our current screen-print lead-time estimate is 7–10 days after the production details and artwork are approved. Garment sourcing, artwork changes, order size, and delivery can affect the schedule. If you are visiting Bali, confirm the production slot before booking around a flight date.

Production is handled in-house in Bali. We check the order before delivery and share progress photos before it ships. Ask us to confirm pickup, local courier delivery, or shipping options for your destination and timing.
